Healthy Pancakes?! Say no more. You'll never want to go back to normal pancakes after trying these!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond Milk (i used unsweetened vanilla)
1 Egg + 2 Egg Whites
1 Banana
2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats (any type of oats will work!)
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4-1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender
Pre-heat greased pan over medium-low heat
Cook batter on one side until bubbles break through the surface. The first pancake will always take longer than the rest! Typical cook time is about 3 minutes for side one, flip and cook for an additional 1 minute or until both sides are nicely browned.
Serve and add desired toppings!
