These Healthy Blondies are gluten free and use natural, less processed sugars that you can feel great about indulging in! Oh, and did I mention how good they taste?
Ingredients:
1 Cup Coconut Flour (or any flour of choice)
1/3 Cup of Nut Butter (I used Peanut Butter)
1/2 Cup of Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips (I used Dairy Free Enjoy Life, Semi Sweet and White Chocolate mixed)
Handful of Coconut Flakes
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbs Vegetable Oil (Coconut Oil is also a great sub!)
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients together, I mixed wet and dry separately before combining!
Spray brownie tray with Pam and pour in brownie mix. Level out.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
