Healthy Blondie Brownies!

These Healthy Blondies are gluten free and use natural, less processed sugars that you can feel great about indulging in! Oh, and did I mention how good they taste?

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour (or any flour of choice)

  • 1/3 Cup of Nut Butter (I used Peanut Butter)

  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips (I used Dairy Free Enjoy Life, Semi Sweet and White Chocolate mixed)

  • Handful of Coconut Flakes

  • 1 tbs Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 2 tbs Vegetable Oil (Coconut Oil is also a great sub!)

  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients together, I mixed wet and dry separately before combining!

  3. Spray brownie tray with Pam and pour in brownie mix. Level out.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!

Nutrition:

Above ingredients make around 12 blondies!
